3.2. When using the contact form on the website, the Administrator processes personal data provided by the user (m.in. name, e-mail address, telephone number and other data provided in the request):
3.2.1. in order to handle the sent request and present an offer of cooperation \u2013 then the legal basis for processing is the necessity to take action at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (Article 6 (1) lit. B GDPR);
3.3.2. in order to maintain business relations and communication with potential contractors-which is a legitimate interest of the administrator (Article 6 (1) lit. F GDPR).
3.3. The recipients of the data may be companies affiliated with Order Solutions Job Agency SP. z O.o., as well as trusted entities supporting in the implementation of specific processing purposes.
